PROJECT INFORMATION:
Limited windows of opportunity to construct fit out impacted on design & documentation period. The fit-out was required to include fume cupboards, biosafety cabinets, snorkel hoods. Limited site access with extended approval delays for materials handling large items such as mechanical plant, roof steelwork, large lab instruments & joinery items. Key issues for the approval authority were environmental, relating to the fume cupboard discharge and hazardous materials.
