DTB’s location in the Flourmills Studios in Newtown have been deliberately chosen as part of DTB’s commitment to environmental sustainability and work health & safety. It is an example to our clients and project end users of the benefits of environmentally responsible buildings, which showcases a range of active and passive initiatives.

The Flourmills is a sensitive and sustainable adaptive reuse of the original Crago Flourmills located close to major public transport routes on the edge of the CBD. It is operated by a body of existing users under Council approved Environmental and Heritage Management Plans

DTB Architects prides itself of our attention to detail at every stage of a project, from the site investigation and measure-up to the construction details.

We look for staff with keen interest in how buildings are built, with strong documentation abilities and a need to know how Design is translated through the myriad process of a project into the Built Form.

We encourage applicants who are rigorous, self-motivated and curious, with good communication skills, a comprehensive understanding of the Australian approvals process and the Vectorworks CAD drafting program.
