DTB’s location in the Flourmills Studios in Newtown have been deliberately chosen as part of DTB’s commitment to environmental sustainability and work health & safety. It is an example to our clients and project end users of the benefits of environmentally responsible buildings, which showcases a range of active and passive initiatives.
The Flourmills is a sensitive and sustainable adaptive reuse of the original Crago Flourmills located close to major public transport routes on the edge of the CBD. It is operated by a body of existing users under Council approved Environmental and Heritage Management Plans
